The problem is the parking, not the car
One allocation, more cars than spaces
Residential parking is allocated by unit, not by collection. The second and third car end up on a monthly retail deck, in a friend's driveway or in a self storage unit that was not built for a car.
Valet only decks
A valet deck means someone else moves the car, on their schedule, in a space designed for turnover rather than for a car you care about.
Storm exposure
Downtown decks are open structures near the water. Not one of 24 South Florida storage operators measured mentions hurricane, storm surge or flood on its homepage. We do.
Cars that are meant to be driven
Preservation storage assumes the car sits. If you drive yours, the collector programmes and the club tier are not built for you. We are.
The rate, on the page
Only 5 of 40 operators measured publish a price. The single most damaging review in the research corpus was written by someone who never became a customer, because the rate was withheld until he was qualified. So here all three are.
Every package includes concierge transport, collected from your parking level and returned to it, so you never drive to the facility. Your rate is held for the term of your agreement. Rate escalation is a grievance across this category, strong enough to become its own search query. Your number does not move mid term.

You never drive to the facility
Concierge transport collects the car from your own parking level and brings it back to the same place, detailed. The facility is about 20 minutes away and you do not need to see it to use it, though you are welcome to.

You should not have to hide a tracker in your own car
Owners in this category talk openly about putting a battery powered camera and an AirTag in a stored car, because the facility gives them no way to see it.
