The building does this whichever one you pick
Some of it scales with the package and the page for each one says which. None of it is an add-on you have to remember to book.
24/7 monitored security
Around-the-clock monitoring with full-color night vision, behind bulletproof window glass, steel roll-down doors and fire suppression.
Pickup and delivery
We come to your home, your office or your building's parking level in a window you choose, and the car returns to the same place. Door-to-door is available with every package.
Full detail and wax at intake
Included with RS. The car goes into storage clean, which is the only sensible state to leave paint in for months.
Battery trickle charging
Included from GT up. The battery is tended for the whole time the car is with us, so it starts when you want it.
Inspected in and out
A visual inspection records the car on arrival, and again before you collect it. Cosmetic only: a leak is noted, never worked on. No fluid services.
Lithium and EV charging
Tenders suit lithium batteries as well as lead acid, and electric vehicles can be kept charged while they are in storage.

The packages differ in what happens to the car while it is here. None of them differs in the ground it stands on. South Florida stores a great many cars at ground level in a city that floods, and elevation is not a feature anyone can add later.
