Data deletion

Full Stop ("Full Stop," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website fullstopgarage.com and provides collector vehicle storage at 8080 NW 33rd Street, Doral, Florida. This page explains how to ask us to delete the personal information we hold about you, and exactly what that does and does not cover. It sits alongside our privacy policy at fullstopgarage.com/legal/privacy, which describes everything we collect in the first place.
How to request deletion
Email info@fullstopgarage.com from the address you gave us, with the subject line Data Deletion Request. Tell us the name, email address and phone number you used, so we can find every record that belongs to you.
We respond within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity before acting on the request, and we may need to retain certain records where the law requires it. When the deletion is done you receive an itemized statement of exactly what was deleted and what was kept.
If you reached us through Facebook or Instagram
We do not offer Facebook Login, and you cannot sign in to anything of ours with a Meta account, so we hold no Meta account identifier for you. If you came to us from an advertisement on Facebook or Instagram and then submitted a form here, what we hold is the form you submitted, and the request above removes it. Deleting your Facebook or Instagram account does not by itself remove anything from our records, and deleting your records here does not affect your Meta account.
What deletion covers
When we delete you, we remove:
- Your inquiry and any correspondence attached to it
- Your customer and vehicle records
- Your bookings and service requests
- Any scheduled messages still queued for you
- Your portal login
- Your row in the spreadsheet our team works from
What we keep, and why
Where a record must survive for tax or accounting reasons, we keep the payment record and remove everything on it that identifies you.
We keep the anonymous fact that a visit happened, with every identifier removed, so that our traffic counts for past months do not change.
Two things we cannot undo, and we would rather say so than imply otherwise. If we have already reported a conversion to an advertising platform using an advertising identifier from your visit, we ask Google to retract it, which stops it being counted but is not a deletion, and Meta offers no way to recall it at all. Our database also keeps short-term backups for disaster recovery, which expire on their own schedule.
Stopping collection without deleting
If what you want is for us to stop measuring your visits rather than to erase your records, switch our measurement off for yourself at fullstopgarage.com/privacy-choices. We honour the Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals automatically: if your browser sends either one, we set no cookie, record no visit and store no advertising identifier for you, and there is nothing for you to do.
To stop text messages, reply STOP to any message from us. To stop email, use the unsubscribe link in any email we send.
